Machine's Purpose: This machine excels in cleaning small-sized products such as seeds, cumin, and spices, which are notoriously difficult to cleanse. It features the ability to remove the smallest debris within fine products. By undergoing pre-cleaning twice, it achieves high capacity and cleaning rates. It comes in two standard models: portable and stationary.
Operating Principle of the Machine: With the help of a postal elevator, the product is poured into the sorting tank, where it is separated from coarse and dust particles. A vacuum created in the aspirator chamber separates trash, straw, husks, etc. After the product goes through the first cleaning stage, the cleaning process from the first stage is repeated. Once complete cleaning is ensured, the product can be divided into two different sizes. Thanks to the under-screen cleaning system, which consists of reciprocating brushes, clogging of the screens is prevented.
1- In the first pre-cleaning section of our Cumin, Sunflower Seed, and Spice Sorting Machine, grains larger or smaller than the desired product size are separated. This is known as top-screen and bottom-screen cleaning.
2- In the second section of our Cumin, Sunflower Seed, and Spice Sorting Machine, precision cleaning involves separating lightweight grains from the product through air suction, performed five times. Also, as the product moves across the screen, broken or small grains are separated.
3- In the third section of our Cumin, Sunflower Seed, and Spice Sorting Machine, grains larger or smaller than the desired product size are separated in the second pre-cleaning stage. This is referred to as the second top-screen and bottom-screen cleaning.
