The process occurs within the drum body of the equipment, featuring a perforated screen surface. Inside the drum, screw flights constructed from a soft material transport the seeds from the entry inlet to the exit outlet.
Throughout this transportation process, the seeds undergo friction, effectively removing fine dust from their surface. This dust then exits through the perforated drum and is discharged through a bottom chute.
An aspiration unit situated at the entry inlet of the machine initiates the cleaning process by suctioning off initial dust, enhancing the seed's visual appeal and adding value to the product by providing a polished finish.
