Operating Principle: With the assistance of a postal elevator, the product is deposited into the first chamber. Here, larger particles are separated from the product, which then moves to the second chamber. As it progresses through the second chamber, smaller particles are removed. When the product reaches the third chamber, broken grains are separated, and a fifth vacuum process also removes light materials from the product. Upon reaching the final chamber, the product is classified into two different sizes.

1- In the first preliminary cleaning section of the Four-Chamber precision and preliminary cleaning machine, the desired product is separated from large and small grains. This process is referred to as top-screen and bottom-screen cleaning.

2- In the second precision section of the Four-Chamber precision and preliminary cleaning machine; lightweight grains within the product are distinguished through air suction, performed five times.

Additionally, as the product progresses across the screen, broken grains are separated (bottom screen) or a first-size quality product is obtained.

In the fourth screen of the Four-Chamber precision and preliminary cleaning machine, the top screen is designated for separating larger grains for cleaning purposes, or the bottom screen is designated for sizing purposes, thereby achieving second and third size grades through top-screen and bottom-screen separation.
