This machine integrates pre-cleaning and sizing operations into one structure. It is capable of sorting a wide range of legumes and grains. It offers two models as standard: portable and stationary. After processing, it can categorize the product into four different groups.
Machine's Operating Method: The product is transferred into the sorting tank via a postal elevator, where it is separated from coarse and fine particles. Unwanted materials (such as trash, straw, husks, etc.) are removed by the vacuum created in the aspirator chamber. The cleaned product is then directed to the middle elevator for sizing operations, where it can be divided into up to four different sizes. The eccentric system ensures a high-quality analysis of the product. The under-screen cleaning system prevents blockages thanks to its reciprocating brushes.
1- Initial Cleaning Stage In the first stage of the Legume Grading Machine, grains larger or smaller than the desired product size are separated. This process is referred to as top-screen and bottom-screen cleaning.
2- Precision Cleaning In the precision cleaning stage of the machine, lightweight grains within the product are separated through air suction five times. Also, as the product moves across the screen, broken grains are separated.
3- Sizing In the sizing stage of the Legume Grading Machine, a three-size product is obtained using three different screens, resulting in a total of four different sizes of the output product. Maximum analysis is achieved with screens that have densified holes. The medium-scale legume grading machine is an ideal solution for cleaning, classifying, and separating various seeds, grains, or dry legumes.
