It features two main models: portable and stationary, distinguishing itself from the standard medium-sized sorting machines by its enhanced suction capability and four sorting tanks, categorizing products into five distinct classes.
Operating Principles of the Machine: The product is initially separated from coarse and fine particles through a postal elevator into the sorting tank. The enhanced aspirator chamber utilizes a vacuum to separate materials such as trash, straw, and husks from the product. Once cleaned, the product is then conveyed to the sizing units via the middle elevator, where it can be divided into up to five different sizes. Thanks to the eccentric system, the product undergoes optimal analysis. The under-screen cleaning system, consisting of reciprocating brushes, ensures that blockages do not occur in the screens.
