Purpose of the Machine: This state-of-the-art machine has been developed to clean dry granular products such as legumes, grains, and especially seeds, efficiently separating them from both organic and non-organic foreign substances.

The choice of screening allows for the sizing of products that have undergone a preliminary cleaning process, enabling the sorting into two or three sizes.
Operating Principle: The dust from the product, poured into an adjustable flap feeding hopper with the assistance of a postal elevator, is initially removed as it passes through the vacuum chamber. The product progresses on the screen with vibrations provided by an eccentric. The screen can be utilized either for cleaning or grading purposes.
Depending on the pre-installed screen's number, fine and heavy particles pass through the screen holes, ending up at the bottom. Concurrently, the product on the top of the screen is purified of slender and lightweight grains through four air suction channels created by the vacuum chamber. The first screen separates the fine product, and light grains are removed by vacuum. The product, having been separated from fine and light grains, is then categorized in the second screen into good product at the bottom and coarse product at the top, or alternatively, the product can be divided into two sizes, top and bottom.
Each product is subjected to vacuum cleaning five times through four air suction channels, ensuring the most effective aspiration cleaning. The air suction rate is adjustable. The under-screen cleaning system, consisting of reciprocating brushes, prevents any clogging of the screens.
