Operation Process:

• Seeds are introduced into the machine through the inlet and proceed to the impeller wheel via the feed control pipe. The accuracy of the feed control handle adjustment is crucial for the success of the dehulling operation.
• The centrifugal force generated by the rotating impeller wheel propels the seeds against the "hulling ring," initiating the dehulling process.
• The impeller's rotation speed is finely tuned to apply the exact impact force needed against the hulling ring, optimizing the dehulling process while minimizing seed breakage and ensuring maximum hull removal.
• Following the dehulling process, the mixture of hulled kernels, hulls, and unhulled seeds are discharged from the bottom outlet of the hulling chamber.
