The machine effectively separates from the product:

• Lightweight and underdeveloped grains through its vacuum chamber.
• Fine and slender small grains can be distinguished by the screen at the bottom.
• Coarse and large grains are differentiated in the second screen at the top.

Thanks to the choice of screens, grading of pre-cleaned products can also be performed, allowing for two or three different sizes.

Operating Principle As the product is poured into the adjustable flap feeding hopper with the help of a postal elevator, its dust is first removed while passing through the vacuum chamber. The product advances on the screen with the vibration provided by the eccentric. The screen can be used for cleaning or grading.

Depending on the number of the pre-installed screen, fine and heavy particles pass through the screen holes and are collected at the bottom, while at the same time, the product on top of the screen is cleaned of slender and lightweight grains through four air suction channels created by the vacuum chamber. The first screen separates the fine product, and light grains are removed by vacuum. The product, now separated from fine and light grains, is then differentiated in the second screen into good product at the bottom and coarse product at the top, or it can be divided into two sizes, top and bottom.

Each product undergoes vacuum cleaning five times through four air suction channels, ensuring the best possible aspiration cleaning. The air suction rate is adjustable. The under-screen cleaning system, made up of reciprocating brushes, prevents any blockage in the screens.
