The Seed Screening Device comes in two models:

• SS-US1 Model: Features a single screening level, ideal for small-sized screening tasks, with a screening area measuring 30 cm in width and 380 cm in length.
• SS-OSUS2 Model: Equipped with two screening levels for both large and small-sized screening tasks, offering two screening areas each 30 cm in width and 380 cm in length.

Operating Principle: The product is introduced into the machine either through a feed conveyor or a silo, then reaching the front part of the screening basket where a grain distribution device evenly spreads the grains across the entire width of the screen. Eccentric motors generate a back-and-forth motion that moves the seeds forward on the screen surface while also orienting the grains for passage through the perforated screens. The Akyürek 380 Screening Machine is designed so that grains move more slowly from the input/device head towards the output/tail end of the screen compared to their entry point. This results in longer shaking times on the screen, improved stock distribution, and increased screening capacity.

With the Model SS-US-1 Single-Level Seed Screening Device (Small-Sized Separation):

• Impurities smaller than the grain are separated on a single screen and expelled from the machine. With the SS-OSUS2 Model - Two-Level Seed Screening Device (Large and Small-Sized Screening):
• Impurities larger than the grain are separated on the upper screen and expelled from the machine.
• Particles that fall from the first screen move to the second screen, where impurities smaller than the grain are separated again.
• These impurities collect at the bottom of the screening basket to be discharged.
• Accepted seeds progress to the end of the Screen.
