The system introduces the product to the elevator continuously and with utmost care through a vibratory feeder. In the feeding area, the buckets' overlapping design ensures that no kernels are spilled. The buckets are pivotally attached to the chain, allowing them to maintain a horizontal orientation throughout their journey until they reach the discharge point. Here, each bucket tilts, gently transferring the product into the discharge hopper.

The Swing Bucket Elevator can be customized with multiple inlets and outlets, accommodating various operational needs. Multiple inlets can operate simultaneously, whereas the outlets are designed for singular use, with only one outlet active at any given time.
